Bryan the manger was extremely helpful. I called for a second opinion and the prices were much better than I had received from another shop. I was able to get an appointment the following day. Funny story, my jeep didn’t even need two of the repairs that I was quoted for, it simply needed a bolt replaced. We did end up using your to replace our back brakes and suspension. I am extremely thankful that I was referred to your company.

Brian and his crew were pleasant to work with and completely transparent. Seems to be good value and honest. I love the fact that they want to make sure that everything is done correctly. The coffee is also decent if you have to wait.

They guys at check-in were super friendly and nice. They were under staffed that day which delayed my appointment but the environment was very welcoming and I totally understood the wait and was completely fine waiting. I went in for an oil change; tire rotation and check points. I knew I needed a new serpentine belt but totally forgot to ask about it. They told me how important it was to fix it and I told them to go ahead as this was nothing new to me I just forgot. They were very upfront and explained things very detailed and laid out all the costs. I felt like I was an actual customer who was being treated with much respect and honesty. A lot of places would have a list of issues they say you need but not here at Midas!! I totally recommend Midas on Clark in Sarasota!! They are honest, hard working and keep it to tue point and not trying too sell you out! I am new to Florida and to experience great customer service along with honesty I am one happy lady!! Thank you so much and I have found my new mechanic doctor!
