The store manager was so rude and condescending. He tried convincing me that I was never at the store. After he could not locate the info on my car. Then he started an argument . I left there feeling very iunsatisfied . Not with the mechanic's service, only the store manager.

Made respective repairs - so far so good.This has been going on for weeks!

Very disappointed with initial repair. Brake pads were rattling due to the fact that the old pins and brake pad hardware was not replaced at the time of repair. I returned 2 weeks later and they replaced the old parts, but they we unable to get the needed parts that day. If the job was completed with new parts initially, I would have given them 4 stars!
