Jay was very helpful with the entire process of replacing my brakes and suspension on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. The work was done super fast and I believe it was done very well. They called me as soon as the work was done so I arranged to be there before closing. I even went for a little test drive around the block with my Jeep and the ride feels very smooth. I then paid the remaining balance due so I could leave with my car that day.

Brought my car into Midas with a driver's side door handle that wouldn't open from the inside. Rick knew I was on lunch hour from my office. He promptly determined what the cause was & located a replacement part for me. My car was good to go a short time l

Professional and curious service

I had a great experience the guys that work there we?re very helpful they got me in and out. There wasn?t extra I will definitely recommend Midas to all good people and they are by lingual and friendly.

I was set up with an 10:00 a.m. appointment and no one was there except the mechanic. The mechanic was extremely kind and helpful and allowed me to drop the car. I told him I would be happy as long as it was done by noon and it was. I never saw anyone in the office until my return to pick it up.

The front desk employee was not only very polite and professional, but also very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and provide me with excellent service. It was a pleasure to interact with him and I will definitely be returning for future services. Overall, the entire process was smooth and efficient.

Jose was very good at his job. I will diff be coming back again. They explained and showed me everything. And work with me on pricing and explaining everything. I waited for my car and was told it would be like 3 hours but i was out in under 2 hours.

The manager is always easy and knowledgeable to get along with and he makes it easy for me to understand about my vehicle. I will always come to mitis as long as he’s working there anyway and the staff is just top notch.

Only received feedback on extra stuff I needed. Didn?t hear if my tires were good or if the other things were ok.
