I went to have my oil change and was told it would be extra for a tire rotation. I did not understand this due to being under the impression that came with the oil change.

Everything was easy, quick & smooth. They also confirmed what I already thought to be true, that I need front brakes asap as well as an alignment & front tires. I was given estimate of each additional repair I needed for my truck with order of priority. Carl, at the front desk, though he was new there & was still learning, did a great job of helping me from start to finish. Best of all, if he didn't know an answer to my question, he immediately found someone else to get the answers I needed. THAT'S THE WAY IT SHOULD BE! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The car now has a vibration that wasn't there before. Took car back and Midas found the tites were out of balance and re-balanced. Car still vibrates. Will take back to Midas again. At this point I'm not happy with Midas until they resolve the problem.
