They were chill, weren't trying to pressure me into anything they checked my car and confirmed what i suspected asked me if it was still ok for them to work on it. Told me the expected time for the work to be completed and that i was free to walk around grab something to eat if i was felling hungry and that they would call me if the had anything else they needed to address with me.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment. The check in was seamless and fast, as there was 3 to 4 people who arrived at the same time. I knew there were a few issues with car but my main focus was to get my brakeline flushed. However they offered a scanning of my car and they informed my of a rear wheel sensor malfunction. I was already aware of this due to scanning the car at the bmw dealership. However Kyle did such a great job of explaining to me the impact the sensor had on the warning I was getting on my dashboard and that once it was replaced everything would clear up. BMW told me I would have to replace all 4. But Midas replaced 1 and everything worked out. I also got my brakes flushed and the car drives well as ever with the sensor replaced. The employees were great to conversate with especially as it related cars. I cannot adequately express how satisfied I am! I will surely be back and I will surely tell my family and friends about Midas. Specifically the place that I went to.

I went in to get a squeaky right rear brake look at. The guys were prompt to get my car into the garage to take a look. Marcus came back within 20 minutes to show me the brake pad and said it was glazed over which was causing the squeaking. It was so nice

Ishmael and Kyle care for not only my car, but for my well-being and safety. Although, I was not expecting the big bill, I'd rather give the $1,081 to people who are honest, nice and who explain everything in detail.

The work was very efficiently done. Mechanics were honest and helpful explaining fully the issue and how to best address the problem.

Staff is always kind and does a good job explaining what is going on. I have taken my car into the dealer before and they cannot find the issues I have, yet when I take my car to this location they always are able to find and rectify the random issues my car has. They keep me safer than the dealer ever has.
