Kyle was great, while waiting for my car I noticed he held a great conversation with every customer that walked in and the whole staff did an amazing job!

Called in to get oil change and told me to come in when I was in a rush to get it done. Much appreciation

Izzy and Kyle are attentive, and professional and made my boyfriend and me super comfortable with our Elantra. We were a walk-in and were taken care of right away.

Good and fast

Staff is always kind and does a good job explaining what is going on. I have taken my car into the dealer before and they cannot find the issues I have, yet when I take my car to this location they always are able to find and rectify the random issues my car has. They keep me safer than the dealer ever has.

I had popped a tire on my birthday so I went into the experience a bit unhappy not to mention I’ve had mechanics try and pull fast ones on me in the past. But when I walked in the gentleman who greeted me was both polite and very friendly which immediately put me at ease. He listened to my concerns which were that money was tight until I got paid later that week and he didn’t try and pressure me into any purchases, instead he worked with me to keep the cost low while still meeting my needs. He was up front about the cost and kept me updated on the status of things. And when I came and picked it up he maintained the same positive attitude despite having worked what I can only assume was a long shift. I was highly impressed and will be returning there later this week after I get paid to attend to other service needs. I would highly recommend this location.

We have been going to Midas for many years and they have provided us with great service. They are also very reasonable and get the job done on time. Marcus and his team do an excellent job and we would recommend them to everyone.

Had a great experience, my car stayed in the shop for about 2 weeks- it had different stuff to get done and after I took the car everything was working accordingly. Ismael is awesome he goes above and beyond for the customers. Definitely going back and referring.

Arrived about 30 minutes prior to the shop closing and they still diagnosed the issue and changed bake pads and rotors prior to leaving for the day. Excellent customer service and very convenient.

I believe I spoke to Ismael or Esmael, he was thorough in communicating with me and I happened to speak with him on the phone several times with many questions. I was looking to get 4 tires and a wheel alignment done. He was so exceptional at finding me great priced tires and it was the friendliest experience I’ve ever had at a tire/mechanic center. I was fully convinced on getting my service done at Midas instead of a different shop by the end of our conversation because of him and the deals he offered me. Keep in mind I had called around other tire centers as well and they were all short with me, seemed rushed on the phone, and some even told me I had to go into the shop to get a quote which made no sense because I had my tire sizes ready to give them. When some of these other shops did manage to give me quotes they way more expensive prices. I would’ve paid $150-$200 more than I did at Midas if I went anywhere else. Ismael booked me in the next morning and I got my car back within a few hours with ease, couldn’t be happier.

Walked in and they got my car pulled in and started within 5 minutes of being there and changed out my upper radiator hose for me. Didn't have to wait long at all for it being a walk in. Thanks guys
