This location is extremely busy and would be an excellent candidate for hiring another full-time auto technician. My appointment was Monday at 8:00am and was completed the next day at 5:00pm. Two full days to replace tie rod ends and an alignment. Something that should have been completed in approximately 3 hours. The service advisor (Izzy) and technician (Dave) were excellent at their job. The work carried over from the day before delayed the actual work starting on my vehicle till after 3:00pm. They also has difficulties concerning my alignment. The staff does an excellent job, all things considered. The customer waiting room could use some attention, but it was clean.

My only issue is that I made an appointment online. I was then offered a credit card. Then I could not use the line of credit for the service I needed. WTF? That was the whole point!

Broke the lug nut post. But Marcus has been good about it and will take care of it.

8 out of 10 of our front lug nuts were spun by the people at this store by over tightening them. Stay Away!!!!!!

The manager, Ismael kept us in the loop of everything - our car brokedown while visiting Tampa and he and his team made it a priority to get our car fixed so that we could get home to Texas. Although it was not cheap we appreciated everything that they did. I have recommended this shop to my coworkers in Tampa and we're blessed to have come across this shop in our time of need.
