I had a part come loose underneath my car. Midas was the closest to me. They were very helpful and took care of the issue right away. Thank you Eliel and I believe John was the service tech.

The final price was the exact same as the quoted price. They did not suggest an excessive amount of work needing done to the car. When we arrived the check engine light had just come on the evening before and they suggested what to do to minimize repair cost. Awesome work!

Great customer service!! Everyone was friendly and very patient with me as I was asking a million questions about getting my car fixed. Store mgr Ricardo and Brenden both communicated with me about my car parts and when the replacements arrived. The technician that worked on my car did an amazing job and he also gave me showed me the work he did along with store mgr Ricardo! The technician was done with my car in a short amount of time! I am so happy I went to Midas vs a Jeep Dealership! Great staff and Great service! I will definitely recommend!

I had a specific request, and I wanted to be completely involved in seeing what specifically could be and was found in the observation of the underside of my vintage car. The manager and all associates were very helpful and open about explaining what was observed and discovered , this was my reason for going to this location and would be the reason for returning .

Had oil and filter change plus tires rotated. Appointment delayed due to earlier customer issues. Good service all in all.
