The Manager Mike is awesome he goes out of his way for his customers.

The employees were friendly & listened carefully to what I wanted to be done. They took the time to show me what was going on with the one tire & explained the repair they did. They let me know the price ahead of time & got the 2 front tires changed out sooner than they said they would. Also, as a female, I appreciated that they didn't assume I knew nothing about cars, & gave me options so I could make an informed decision. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Marvin is awesome. This is the 3rd time he's helped me - he's always super friendly and helpful. The location is small and not as nice as some dealership repair waiting rooms, but the service is fantastic and I choose great service over free coffee any day.

I got in with out a appointment and was all done in about 45 minutes .

By chance I stopped yo get an appointment but they did it right then and in ample time. I will go back to that location.

I called Zach at this location and asked him if they could replace a broken fog light (lens). Zach told me yes and scheduled an appointment. I was there for less than 45 minutes and both fog lights along with the lens were replaced.

I’ve taken my vehicle there for a while. They seem to be honest, friendly, timely, and communicate well.

Scott & the other workers & mechanics were very helpful & clear in diagnosing my car's problem & much more reasonable in cost than others I called. They were prompt & reliable & I will definitely return for maintenance & repair issues.

It use to be more convenient, but I’ve since moved to the other side of town but continue coming to Pineville, NC because of Scott and his great team of associates.
