They refused to honor their own coupon from their website good for December 2020 for an oil change and tire rotation. They also did not rotate the tires because "they did it last time" i had my oil changed even though my receipt stated complimentary tire rotation. Will NOT return here for any future service.

My friend recommended Midas on Saron Drive to me about a month ago. I took my two cars to them. They were fixed and ready to go the same day! One had a problem to re-occur so I had to take it back. I was presented with the best customer service from Er

They changed my brake pads, rotated and balanced my tires, and changed my oil. It only took about an hour and a half or so, and it seems like they did it really well. Beforehand, I didnt realize how badly my brake pads needed to be replaced, but now I can tell the difference! They also offered to change my shock absorbers, but that was out of my price range. The only bad thing is that it was expensive.

Took my car in for breaks and then got it back and something else was completely messed up so we had to get them to fix that and they charged us even though it was working fine when we took it in and though we knew they had something to do with it they sai

I want a full refund. The issue I brought the car in for was still an issue when I left, having wasted money and time. And the bad part put into my car by your service team they said wore out other parts, compounding the problem. In addition, the staff seemed more interested in watching football and the service tech stunk of smoke, which then was transferred to my car once I got it back. That same smoke smell kept me out of the lobby when they were 'fixing' the car again.

Took my car here one month ago. My son and I were quoted literally 4 different prices on the same job. Finally decided to let them fix it. Now 1 month later it won't start and is doing the EXACT same thing it was doing before I paid all of that money to
