"The Midas location in Winchester, Virginia on Loudoun St. provides good customer service and a great overall customer experience. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, but the shop was pretty thorough in checking my twenty year old car over"

Arranged oil change and tire rotation in advance. Everything was done in a professional manner and at decient prices. Much better than the dealer.

Really this is a 4.5 as the work was excellently done in fixing the car to ready for inspection. Amber and Mike are awesome. In my follow up I discovered interior door lights on and asked if the service engine soon should have reset after the oil change.

I am leaving this review because I am very dissatisfied with the service I got today at midas in winchester va. I usually have Rudy or Mike work on my car and today the new guy worked on my car. he was supposed to do my oil Change And Top Of All My Fluids.

Went to midas charged me 3x price to fix my car. Price for labor is just ridiculous and dishonest

What was I thinking when I bought the lifetime muffler in June 2011? At that time I paid $96 for the muffler and $40 labor plus another $10 in required necessary components. for a total of $144.00.Fast forward to July 2015 when the muffler needs replaced and I make an appointment for 2:00 p.m. I have to wait 35 minutes for the car to be taken into the shop. Then I get charged $60.00 labor and $14 for required necessary components. The car is in the shop less than 15 minutes. With the 1.5 times increase in labor and 1.4 times increase in parts... I'm screwed. Autozone sells a lifetime muffler for $70. I have wrenches and know how. What was I thinking? Think again about the Midas Free Muffler service!
