David scheduled my appointment. After I dropped off my vehicle and made my maintenance requests David called me and advised me of my vehicle needs. David explained every need and the cost of each. David had also prioritized each need and gave me options as to whether to perform the need now. David then gave me the overall cost of all the vehicle service needs before proceeding, as well as the time necessary to complete all. I was very surprised when David called me well before his estimated time of completion to inform me that my vehicle was ready for pickup! This is the second major repair on my vehicle at this location and I am very impressed with the quality of the repairs as well as your entire staff. My vehicle IS RUNNING GREAT!!!! I will be back!!
