The staff are always amazing, the lobby is clean and accommodating with lounge chairs and a TV. I appreciate that the TV is not on anything political. The turn around time to come back for my vehicle was impressive, I love that they provide quality work but don't slow poke like some other automotive locations.

Devaugh was so polite. He is the perfect first face for the company. Service tech was fast and efficient.

I searched 2 days before learning about Midas! I types in Google, “Best Places To Have Oil Change” in Lexington. Midas was top of the list. It had 4.7 star rating. I read all the amazing reviews and now I completely understand why. I was so happy I was able to bring my car here. Everything was put in its place and nothing was broke, busted or hanging down. I can tell you what really put my mind at ease, I originally had an appointment at 11. I woke up earlier than normal. I looked up the time they were open and sure enough I came out to Midas sooner than expected. I was greeted by the lovely, Brenna at the front desk. I explained to her I was earlier than expected. They had no problem with taking me in sooner. There were a couple of cars ahead of mine, but what settled my nerves was when Brenna KNEW my car required full synthetic blend oil. My wait time was not that bad.
