Ron did an amazing job and determined when the tech at Dick Dyer at MB replaced a thermostat several weeks ago they did NOT snap the hose back in place which caused our coolant to leak. Then MB wanted us to pay for a New Fuel Pump instead of diagnosing the real problem! Thank you Ron for being an honest technician and letting us know the mistake happened st the MB dealership.

I called in the afternoon at 4:00pm and spoke to Ian. He told me that he would be able to do my oil change that afternoon. When I arrived at the location, Ian was very professional and informative with me.

We came into the store with a water pump issue and the service received by Chase and the MB mechanic was first class! Goodbye **** Dyer we won?t be back. Thanks so much we appreciate you guys.

The actual experience at the store was great. Had the tires I wanted and right price. The online scheduling was a little bit of an issue. When I completed the scheduling it said someone from the store would call me to verify which never occurred. I call the store first thing Friday morning to verify my appt and that the tires I wanted were in stock.
