I always get my oil changed at the S. Memorial location and they always have my car ready on time. When I check in, they are very friendly and always helpful.

Need a refund

I'm a repeat customer with multiple vehicles, and on each visit the staff have been courteous and respectful of my time, and my need for vehicle maintenance.

I asked for a refund and never got a answer or call for my 15 kia sorento sam Anthony \I can keep writing reviews every day if I have to until I get an answer. I payed over 5k from Nov-Dec.

I spent about $5000 there to get my Kia Sorrento diagnosed and repaired they said they can do it and now they won?t give me my money back as they sent me the vehicle back to me in worse condition than when I sent it to them my vehicle has been in the shop

I spent $5000 there to try and get my engine diagnosed and they said that they can do it but only gave it back even worse case condition then what I sent it to them I ask for my money back and they said no absolutely terrible
