Mis Diagnosed my vehicle and replaced parts that I had to pay for and lost my remote start key fob remote took vehicle back to midas and now I have to pay 4-5k more with my vehicle being in the shop for 3 weeks now during Christmas season and covid 19 :( t

Good communication while Service was being performed

Came in at 9am was told I would receive a call about eleven about a exhaust leak 3 hours later still no call went back had not check my car when they did look at it price was to high for what I wanted to have done and charged me 49 dollars for for looking

Friendly staff and knowledgeable

Rattles since pipe and muffler were replaced. Did not fix on return visit.

They were very nice and friendly and they fixed my car in a timely manner. I like the way they had chips and water while we wait. There also was tv access available

why are there no services base prices on the website. this makes it way to easy for staff to charge what they want. and over charge customers.

The people there are always friendly. The prices are reasonable as well. When it was time to pay they also applied a coupon and it saved me over $20 dollars. I didn't have to wait very long either. They know what they are doing.

Eveyrone working there was very friendly and great at communicating to me. Moises Monterrosa was the most helpful to me and explained to me things I never knew about which was also very helpful and great customer service, i’ll definitely be returning to this business. :) <3

I complained about a noise from the engine. Was charged for the replacement and $90 labor. Noise is still there. I was told that I could bring it back to replace something else deeper in the part and maybe would be be given a discount.

This was my first time coming to an auto shop. I was pleased with how the handle the service they provided and how the customer service was. If their was a problem they fixed it before it become a big one. I’ll definitely be back for any repair needs
