The ladies in the office were very nice and informative. They answered any question i had and helped me with the coupon i had. I have been using Midas for at least 7 years and I am highly satisfied.

Service was really good, I have to lower a star because multiple customers came in without wearing a mask which a sign is on the door saying mask required. I just think in this day and age it is common sense and if you dont want to wear a mask then go somewhere where it says you dont need to.

I called the Midas at 1875 Sam Rittenberg and was immediately happy with the energetic hello that Marisa gave me. I called with a few questions that she was knowledgeable on. Offered me a next day appointment. Upon checking in DeeDee was also very friendly and set me right at ease. Overall wonderful experience and I will highly recommend in the future.

The staff was very friendly and explained everything and broke down the pricing for me. I had a major oil leak from a gasket where a bunch of engine parts were submerged in oil. I did not have an appointment because they were booked up but they told me I could drop off my car and they would work on it when they had time. I was very surprised at how quickly they got my car looked at, parts ordered and fixed with how big the fix and oil cleanup was. They communicated where they were at and when it was done. Decent pricing. Overall happy with my experience.

"I got an alignment, oil change. They said I need to clean the terminals of my battery but didn't offer to do it nor ask if I wanted them to do it. I thought that was odd because I don't have the tools to loosen the terminals and then to clean the terminals"

I have had an issue with the steering on my 1999 Camry. The shop diagnosed it and replaced exactly the right parts and even warned me there might be a break-in period. They were exactly right. I will continue to return to this location as needed.

Assistant manager was very pleasant when there. Oil change was at/under an hour long, the day before hurricane Ian came by. Figured they’d be busy but still got oil change done in a timely manner.

anna is always so friendly and is well informed about what needs to happen and the service man noticed a dead brake light and just took care of it, that was awesome
