I've been using this Midas location for several years and I've always received great service and clear communication from the staff. I've never had an issue getting an appointment or my car being ready when they said it would be. More importantly I've never had a problem with the work done.

Business did just what I asked for a reasonable price.

I was there for an estimate to alter the exhaust system on a pickup that I was considering purchasing. Richard looked at it immediately,and gave me a print out of his proposal and price. All of which was for naught since I decided for reasons unrelated to Midas, not to go forward with the purchase.

The professional matter in which they took care of me and my vehicle. The only thing I didn't like were I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours so I had my spouse to pick me up and she had to take off for work, by that time Midas were done with my vehicle I could have waited at the shop and let the spouse stayed at work.

They accommodated my walk in for an estimate quickly. They showed me exactly what needed to be fixed. The price was completely reasonable. No pressure at all. I made my appointment later in the week. HGTV is their wisely chosen channel, and volume the volume not intrusive for someone who might be reading, etc. Nothing fancy about the environment, but just a clean, comfortable-enough place to wait while car is being serviced.
