They took the time to keep me updated during my wait.

I was driving from Greenville, SC to Pawleys Island,SC alone with my dog. It was 90°. My air conditioning went out. I was right beside the Midas store on Millwood Avenue in Columbia, SC. Jack checked me in, looked over the air, which was frozen, let me bring my dog in, and gave me an estimate. I was so relieved how nice they were, they let me stay with my dog, and asked me if I needed anything. Jack was very professional and told me what to do once I got to my destination. They were very busy but it only took an hour. So grateful for them.

I was satisfied because when I first came, I had someone to tell me when I was able to get an appointment. And then when I came back for my appointment, I had someone to explain about how long it would be before someone could get to my car. And most of all it didn’t take that long.
