Staff was very great (Tia, Billy, Blair, and Joe). Every concern I had was answered and validated. The turnaround on the time was amazing. This will remain my service department store.

The service representatives were very nice and very informative, explaining everything my car might need to have done in the near future as well as what might be good to have done sooner.

Called on a Saturday with a tire problem. Worked me in and finished early .

I spoke to Jessica on the phone beforehand and she was helpful in setting up a time for me to come in. Upon arrival she was very friendly and checked me in, and since I was having something installed on my car I was soon being given the quote and told how long it would take. Within about 45min I was out of there and happy with the experience.

Price is reasonable, personels welcome me like a family considering my ethnicity. They are patient in explaining to me qoutations and are open if I do some changes. I just hope that the second time I come back their service will not change and accomodation doesn’t change. . Ohh by the way they offer me their vehicle for me to go home.

Josiah was excellent and very friendly. Richard was knowledgeable and helpful. But the technician working on the vehicle was instructed to inflate the tires to their specifications and while he told Richard he did - he did not. Took it to my own tire shop and they inflated them properly with no issues.
