Got my car aligned and got four new tires today. They did a great job it feels like I?m driving a new car! Didn?t take too long at all and frank and Blair?s customer service was wonderful.

I am highly satisfied for two reasons. 1) Jessie was patient with me and answered all of my questions and explained everything to me that was happening from start to finish. 2) The price that I paid for the two services I had done was reasonable and fair, and within range of the price quoted to me over the phone when I made my appointment. Looking online at my visual courtesy check, I am pleased with Whitney's, the technician, thorough check points and notes about what needed attention and replacing, and finally, the fact that Midas did not try to cheat me into replacing or repairing things that did not need to be replaced/repaired.
