came in for a full diagnostic and a smoke test. I had to drop my car off for this service. when I came back to pick it up. they chose they were not doing the smoke test. they said the receptionist/desk lady didnt tell them and they didnt feel the need for a smoke test even tho it is the main reason I brought my car to them, also they made sure to include the smoke test on my invoice. so I basically paid $100 for the same free test I could get from autozone and they still refused the smoke test. my advice, dont drop your car off for service. stay there and make sure they are doing the service that they are charging u for. however, they did have a clean wait area.
