WENT IN FOR OIL CHANGE. WAS TOLD AFTER THAT I NEEDED A NEW RADIATOR. BROUGHT IT BACK FOR THEM TO REPLACE THE RADIATOR. ONE OF THE THREE EMPLOYEES INSTALLED THE RADIATOR IMPROPERLY WHICH CAUSED FURTHER DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE (BLOWN HEAD GASKET). MANAGER ADMIT

I feel like the prices are really high. It was well over $200 for a battery that I just put in 2 years before. It just seems like it’s really expensive there, but other than that, everything was fine. The employees were really nice.

Had an on-line & mailer coupon for a conventional oil change. They would not honor it. Said it was Midas policy to only change my oil with synthetic or blend oil. Toyota specifications call for conventional.So much for getting my future business.

I like to thank the guys that they fixed my car but price wise I believe it was a highway robbery for a 25/35 part and 5 minutes work and charged me an arm and a leg but like I said life has no choices some times. ..thanks
