Good service thank you will visit again

The customer service was exceptional. I was greeted in the timely manner. I was checked in also in a timely manner. My overall experience is a 10 however, there were no visible outlets to plug my phone.

I thought I needed brakes and my rotors turned because every now and then I was hearing a screeching sound and when I had to brake abruptly it was a bumpy feeling. My vehicle was serviced by Miles! Lee told me that I did NOT need new brakes and my rotors

Did not have oil filter on site. Had to leave and go buy one. But, they accepted my filter and did oil change

The associate took my order and gave me a approx time the vehicle would be ready and it was ready with in that window. I had asked about another product and was informed of its price and it was reasonable, so in a week i will be bringing the vehicle back into Midas to have that issue taken care of
