Im not happy with my recent visit. I had a 2pm appointment for an oil change in which they did not actually take my truck back until 2:20pm. I waited for an hour and then I asked what the status was on my vehicle. At that point I was told they were waiting on the delivery of my air filter. I was there for 2 hours before my oil change was completed and was still charged full price. All I received was an apology even though I had to cancel my 4pm appointment somewhere else due to the wait.
