The service was great and done in a timely manner. I used to drive to Montgomery to get my service done. From now on all of my service will take place at Midas.

Was told upfront what needed to be done to fix the issue, and was provided optional services to keep issue from repeating. Was also informed upfront about pricing.

"No need to send us oil change coupons for $18.95 when your new manager refuses to recognize them and wants $41.95 for a standard grade oil change. I have been using this store since it opened , but i cannot afford $41.95 oil changes."

"Went in for oil change and tire rotation, 121 dollars later and did not rotate tires after was told upfront (no conditions) that rotation came with my oil change from management. I think they did me wrong and would hope this can be worked out "

"First visit to midas, bought 4 brand new tires they broke my tpms and failed to mention it. Had to take ut back and they fixed it. Second visit, went in for a rotation and new battery. Left with 3 lug nuts that no where resemble my originals, never mention"
