We're supposed to rotate tires with the price of the oil change but they did not do it and said they did.

Get better staff.

Tell your manager to lose the condescending attitude and actually treat long- term customers better.

The price was super high for what the job was.. and when I was quoted price.. it was high but I was there so told them to go ahead.. then when the time to pay came it was over 60$ higher than they said., they wouldn’t accept checks and charged me over 8 dollars to use a card., I had rear brake pads and rotors installed and it was 425$.. never again..
