Midas gives excellent service. I always take my car to them. They do excellent work and are always pleasant.

The staff is very friendly when I come into the shop to drop off my vehicle and when I call with questions. The staff keeps me updated on the progress on the repairs of my vehicle.they go above and beyond and I would recommend Midas to everyone who wants to deal with a friendly staff who cares about ur questions and concerns.

Technician met me in the parking lot, friendly quick service, wonderful pricing, they offered complimentary bottled water, 2 tvs so had a variety of shows to watch. Clean lobby and bathroom, comfortable seating, ease of checkout and clear recommendations. Paperwork came in a nice envelope for ease of keeping it all together.

The Florence Midas team are a good group of guys.They are very professional guy especially Ernest, and Chris. Even when I don’t have work done on my car they are really professional workers. We were in a tight spot on vacation our car broke down enroute to our destination. Were were taken care of immediately to get us on our way. And where as being out of town I fully expected to end up paying through the nose, I was floored by how reasonably priced. We were shown and explained exactly what would be done and was completed so quickly
