They did a great job installing in my shock absorbers and also my exhaust tips.

We brought our car in for repair. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Apparently there has been a change in management and we are very happy with their service. They were very friendly and charged a fair price.We will definitely use them again

My family (including 1, 3, and 5 year old children) were traveling from our house in Nashville to FL for a weeklong vacation. Three hours into our trip we realized that the air conditioner in our 2021 Chrysler Pacifica was blowing hot air. We desperately pulled in here and from the minute we walked in I sighed a huge sigh of relief. This family are angels. They went so far above to help us on a Saturday and I will be forever grateful. The condenser on our minivan was broken and Chrysler told me they couldn’t get us an appointment for a week. Mr. Alan went out of his way to drive my husband to Enterprise to get a rental car. Enterprise had not a single rental car on the lot. He then drove to the Enterprise at the airport to get a rental car. Meanwhile Wilson and his fiancé patiently helped me entertain my 3 overtired children. They will secure the part and repair our car so we can pick it up on our way back from the beach. We are SO thankful. They are such kind and compassionate humans.

I personally think your mechanic Bebe is just great. He truly, ensures the work performed on your vehicle is right before turning it back over to you with no mishaps. It’s very hard to find a good mechanic like Bebe that you trust & whose honest with you & that’s why I continue to come to the Hoover location.

The staff got my vehicle in the bay relatively quickly and found my problems. They showed me the issues and let me know the cost for doing the work. No unexpected fees were charged.
