I like that they are checking for other issues and offering costs for them.

Originally, I had a bit over $800 worth of work done and they forgot to do my oil change and to look into the reason my check engine light was on. To "satisfy" a customer, they agreed to give me a free oil change. This they took care of and increased my happiness with this location. I need an oxygen sensor and when I can afford to have it replaced, this is where I'll bring my car even though there is one location closer to where I live, but I'm NOT happy with that one.

All associates were very personable and engaging. I truly felt like I was their main priority even with other customers in the building. Who also seemed very pleased with their experience.

Wilson was very professional, and knew everything about what we wanted. He assisted in ordering the right tires for my needs. The technician that did the alignment was very friendly and also very professional. The time for the repairs was excellent. We will definitely use Midas in Hoover again.

Manager quoted prices way higher than should have based on what I asked to have completed. Tried to add in unnecessary items. He quoted me double what other shops quoted to change shocks. Heard him do the same to some unsuspecting people on the phone. The

I was looking for a good place to have my oil changed and saw a Midas commercial. $19.95 oil change and free tire rotation. Went and had it done. was charged $28.00 and change for oil change. additional $3 for one half quart of oil. $5 for disposal. Total

It was not so good experience for me to be at this place. I will never go back. They had a coupon for oil change with tire rotation. I insisted on the tire rotation but the man at reception when I asked was like I dnt know I guess they did it, well all the tires had same thread. Thats what he said. They were having free allignment check so insisted on dat too and he called me back saying it needed an alignment. I said i have a better deal he first said he gonna charge me dat price den said cant.
