I was searching for tires for my 2017 Suburu Forester all over Bismarck/Mandan and was confused due to the many options and prices. I called your store and spoke with Ben. He immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable due to a non-pressure discussion and professional demeanor. He provided extensive information and created a positive connection which led me to make a confident and safe decision. When I arrived for my appointment, the front technicians and supervisor were both friendly and informative. The store was clean and well designed. The supervisor was cleaning the counters and making cookies! Awesome! Your waiting area was great, AND.....the tires were installed faster than expected. I believe one of the technicians came in early due to my work schedule. That was outstanding! I will give my highest recommendations to my friends and family! As a retired member of the US Army, I recognize a well-run operation when I see it. Well done!

I was really satisfied with the knowledge of the staff, from the initial call finding my tires and pricing and all questions I had, to dropping off my vehicle to picking it up. I felt well informed and comfortable and any questions were handled professionally.
