This visit was for a tire repair. The counter person was by herself and between the phone ringing and 5 people at the counter, she was very busy. In any event, we waited about an hour for the repair to be completed. I was able to talk to the tire tech and he was friendly and explained the repair to me. I like this store very much!

I was schedule for a Walmart tire appointment at 7 am that morning on 12/22/2023. When I showed up they said they didn’t have my tire and couldn’t do anything about it. I was planning on getting my popped tire replace then driving to home for Christmas immediately after, so this put me in a frenzy. I didn’t know if I would be able to make it home for Christmas, I called a couple tire stores and no one could help. Finally I called big o, they had an exact match! I told them I would be right over, they put on the tire in under half an hour and I was on my way back home for Christmas!

Ben and his staff provided excellent service. I purchased tires from Big O a year ago and I stopped by recently as I needed my brake light replaced - my brake light was replaced and they suggested my tires be rotated and balanced under warranty. They did all of that work in a very short time. They had warm, fresh baked chocolate cookies to munch on while I waited for my vehicle. Thanks Ben and your staff!

When I brought my other vehicle in for service the guy I spoke with was very helpful and very friendly. He was an excellent listener and had an answer for all my questions. Thank you
