My remote didn't work i was stuck with one Chanel. I asked if they could Change it, they said the remote was lost for that room. The door was broke it was very hard to get in. Many times I was locked out and had to get help to let me back in. I changed rooms, no remote in the new room and door still broke but better. They gave me another remote, that one didn't work. Still stuck with the same one Chanel. No phone in the room and because they moved me to the back of the hotel NO wifi. It sucked there
