Adam is always very helpful when communicating what I need to do or what needs to be done about any issue I come in with. I’m always satisfied with the service.

Your new counter agent is FANTASTIC. He consulted with me after part of the work was done to make sure I understood what they found. I authorized additional work that was needed. The car handles GREAT. I also had a marvelous chat with another customer as we waited for our cars to be done. We both agreed that Midas (this particular midas store) was professional and HONEST. Never did we feel patronized as female customers like other similar services have done.

I did not have to wait long for my car, also I like the fact I was able to see my car while it was being worked on. The waiting are was clean, with room to walk about. The Employess were very pleasant.
