I first called to discuss my tire options for my Toyota Camry. There are several models that will work on my car. After speaking with John Castle about tires and prices for about 45 minutes I made my mind up over the phone. There was absolutely no pressure to decide what to buy or where to make my purchase but I just felt very good about his knowledge on tires. After he quoted me a complete set price I told him what I wanted, He checked his stock and said that he could have them delivered from the warehouse by 2:00. Once they arrived he looked at the code date and said that they were all made on the same date (which is important to me). Once I arrived, he greeted me and said that they were ready. While there I explained that my low tire pressure dash light was staying on even after I made certain of the proper air pressures. He brought out an electronic device that showed that one of my TPM's had a dead battery and another one was very low. I decided to have both replaced. Later they checked the front for alignment and it was out a little so we did an alignment. I would recommend the shop as all the guys were very polite and professional. These Cooper CSS Grand Touring tires are awesome!

I had an unexpected screw in my tire. They were able to fit me in and get it plugged right away! Great customer service!

Brought in 3 trailer tires on rims to be balanced. Even though the store was very busy John went ahead and did the work immediately. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Needed a tire and for a brand new tire I got a better deal anywhere else for just a used one...lee did a awesome job about giving me the prices over the phone and when I arrived the tech there also did awesome I was in and out plan on going back for oil change
