My oil change was done quickly. I appreciate the shiny tires and cleaning my windows.

Just went for oil change, no problems. I will say this though: one of their competitors up the street sucks, took my car to Firestone for a flat repair after I noticed tire losing air, I go to Speedway to fill the tire which gets me by until I get to appointment, everything goes smooth the guy even tells me they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire except a month or so later the same tire goes completely flat on me and when I'm changing it there's definitely been work done on the tire recently you could see where they patched it up where there used to be a nail in it so idk why Firestone did that, will definitely be going to Big O when I get new tires

I went in for an oil change and I was told it was going to be a pretty long wait including the procedure time. They actually got me in and out in less than half the time I was told to expect. Very friendly people here!

I had a great experience at Big O Tires. I got brand new tires for my car and for my daughters Jeep. The tires make my car feel so smooth and it feels so much better on wet climate. The guys are so nice. I then had a diagnosis done on my car and brought it back in to have two pipes replaced. The Tech did an awesome job. The price was reasonable and fair. I Thank You All That helped me understand what was wrong with my car. I will definitely be back again.

Called the local store hoping to get a same day appointment for a oil change and tire rotation and they were able to squeeze me in the schedule that day. Terrific customer service. These folks get it.

I travel for a living and am a regular. I put 50,000 miles a year on my vehicle and they keep me going. I have never been disappointed and have found them to be very economical as well.

I was in a hurry to get my tire fixed before work and drove into your lot after noticing you were open early unlike your competition. I was very happy with the service!
