Donald and his team at Big O Tires are definitely the best around town. Great customer service. They get the job done and they get it done right the first time. The finance options are unreal, can get work done and come make payments to them. Highly recommended Big O Tires! Those guys and great!

I had a nail in my tire so they had to put a plug in my tire. The staff got me in and out within 45 minutes without an appointment! Thank you so much!

Service was prompt and efficient. I arrived when the store first opened. I work midnights so I was coming from work. They got me right in and out. One thing I wanted to mention was that it was a cold morning and manager informed the mechanic to make sure they check the air pressures in the tires because of the weather. Only thing I missed was the coffee. The machine was not avail. Other than that excellant service.
