I had my car in for a nail in the tire that was covered by NTB road hazard. They took care of everything. I don't like the name Big O Tire but the service was great.

As I walked in was greeted by Donald advised him of situation as I just purchased New truck but was unhappy with tires even though they just had 400 miles on them. He recommend larger size and showed big country with 60,000 miles warranty asked him if they had them in stock, which they were and I Was out the door in under 1.5 hr. Was very pleased and will return to get wife's tires plus maintenance on both vehicles.

4 good tires at a fair price. Replaced the lower control arm and camber bolt and did a proper 4 wheel alignment. and beat thier quoted estimate by about $150. My car now drives and handles like the day I bought it.

i first stopped in on Friday to get a repair on road hazard, and they didn't have my size of tire in, they said it would come on Monday. Monday came and I gave them a call- they said it would be Tuesday- their truck was delayed. I had already had to borrow a car for the weekend so I could go to work, and I told them that- they ended up buying a tire from their competitors so they could honor my road hazard plan. It took longer than I expected but I feel like they lived up to their end of the agreement in the end.

John Castle and team took great care of me. I needed brakes as I suspected and I didn't have to wait all day.

Big O Tires worked me in immediately to repair my flat tire when 2 other garages, including the one I bought my Michelin tires from, would not. I heard, "we're short handed, leave you're car." I called Big O and they enthusiastically said, "bring it on in. We'll work it In." They didn't make me wait any more than 45 minutes, since I had to work that evening from 7 pm till 7 am.

I would like to Thank the repair men who worked on my car and the gentlemen at the front desk who assisted me with taking care of the cost and payments. It's my 3rd time having repairs done at Big O Tires. I am throughly satisfied. My radiator blew on me Thursday evening and I kept loosing antifreeze. Puddles of antifreeze. I even had busted hoses. I took my car in that Friday morning and it was done by Saturday. They replaced my radiator and hoses along with an oil change and tire rotation. That's my only vehicle and I work in Hebron but live in Cincinnati. My car was desperately needed by Monday and they got the job done in no time. I am impressed with their service. This place is awesome. Thanks guys for everything. I highly appreciate it. Thank you again.
