I worked with the manager to get a good deal on a set of tires. Competition at this location is intense as there are at least five stores that sell tires within 1/4 of a mile. I had collected rival prices and he beat them all.

Had a tire slip a belt over weekend, called around early Monday morning as I use this vehicle for service calls. Shortly after 7 AM Lee answered and informed me he had several brands of tires in stock which fit my vehicle and asked how soon I could get there, He pulled the tires we talked about and when I pulled into the lot a few minutes later was greeted by one of his employees who pulled my vehicle in for service as soon as I got out. Lee had me in and out with 4 new tires and ready to start me day. They were friendly and courteous, and will use them for vehicle service in the future.

I had my tire fixed while I went across the street for lunch. Came back about 35 minutes later, and my tire was repaired at a fair price. I was totally satisfied!

I had my car in for a nail in the tire that was covered by NTB road hazard. They took care of everything. I don't like the name Big O Tire but the service was great.
