I shared my situation, and in no time John had made a recommendation for the best quality tires for the best price. I asked how long it would take to install the new tires, expecting it to be hours since I was a walk-in. To my surprise and delight, John said it would ready in less than 30 minutes. In fact, it was done even sooner. I did not even have time to finish the conference call that I had joined when the car went on the rack. I highly recommend John and his crew.
