i first stopped in on Friday to get a repair on road hazard, and they didn't have my size of tire in, they said it would come on Monday. Monday came and I gave them a call- they said it would be Tuesday- their truck was delayed. I had already had to borrow a car for the weekend so I could go to work, and I told them that- they ended up buying a tire from their competitors so they could honor my road hazard plan. It took longer than I expected but I feel like they lived up to their end of the agreement in the end.

Big O Tires worked me in immediately to repair my flat tire when 2 other garages, including the one I bought my Michelin tires from, would not. I heard, "we're short handed, leave you're car." I called Big O and they enthusiastically said, "bring it on in. We'll work it In." They didn't make me wait any more than 45 minutes, since I had to work that evening from 7 pm till 7 am.

The staff was excellent. They took the time and showed different tire options for my vehicle. They gave me a Free alignment check. Turns out I didn't need an alignment. They were very honest with me and I appreciate that. Will recommend all my friends and family. Thanks Lee and team.

I just stopped in for an oil change. They treated me very well. In and out pretty quick. A little pricey but I didnt have a coupon or anything and they checked everything out on my car and rotated the tires so a decent deal. I would recommend them.

Staff was very friendly & I received quick service. They also included a list of items I needed to get taken care of. No pressure from staff also, which was nice.

Lee was a great help and quickly had our problems resolved for a fair price.

Charlie Burnett was very knowledgeable nice kid worked hard and knows what he was doing he even just looked over my car without asking and telling me problems that soon need to be addressed
