I got a large screw in my tire and stopped by without an appointment to see if they would be able to fix for me. I spoke with Donald Lawson and he was very helpful. Had it fixed in less than 20 minutes and we were out the door. I really appreciate the service as I had kids in the car with me and my mother. Not a good time for a flat tire. Oh and he even gave the kids soccer balls witch really made them happy. Thanks to Big Q Tires for your wonderful service. I will be back again.

Lee is the consummate professional. I am a subpoena/process server and I depend on my vehicle to be reliable due to the time sensitivity of my work. Took my car in because it was shaking with breaking and thought my breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. John worked with me and told me sounded like it was the issue but many things could contribute to that issue but would look at it and let me know. All breaks and rotors did need to be replaced, John walked me through my options, gave me a specific price, which was what I thought it would cost in my research, got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently and couldn't be happier. One thing that I thought was very helpful, was that he told me the process for rotors how they are treated and smells that I might smell because of the new parts so was I was not surprised or concerned when I got home. Very helpful and will definitely be back in the future.

Lee went out of his way to help me. I stopped in by "accident" of a flat tire. I have since been back for an oil change and consider myself a "customer for life" now. Very good service!

Knowledgeable staff. I was reluctant to try the Big O brand tire however much to my surprise, the legacy tire rides quiet and handles remarkably well. The price was great. I will go back.
