Big O Tires

The only reason I gave 4s is because I didn't believe anyone checked my tire pressure, topped off fluids or checked air filter , I thought this was a standard procedure with a oil change, am I mistaken?

Had problems with my brakes. The gentleman at Big O Tire fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the service they provided.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the best tire value for my situation. He took time to explain my options and listen to my needs.

Went in for an oil change, was in and out within 1/2 hour. Very satisfied.

I had a couple of tires balanced and one disposed of, everyone was nice and the price for the service I got was very fair.

I had a nail in my tire so they had to put a plug in my tire. The staff got me in and out within 45 minutes without an appointment! Thank you so much!

Great service, very helpful with information and got me in the same day I called.

We had a premium oil change service which was good, however, when the vehicle was returned to us, there were finger print smudges on the hood and around the driver side door frame and driver side door handle. In addition, the steering wheel had finger print smudges on it. Lucky for us, we went straight to Mike's Car wash for a car wash, but we had to clean the steering wheel at home.

Great customer service! I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman, at the front desk, was very nice and informative.

Went in and had tires put on, when I got the car back the steering wheel was not centered. I called and went back in they tried to fix it, said they did it wasn't. Went back in immediately they put it back on the rack and fixed it. Might not be the most efficient but they got the job done.

A bit pricey.. but, it was quite a bit of workThey are always busyJust wish they had dealer pricing.The financing options help..But, still keeps a person in the hole.Thanks Big O for working with me on the cars that I have brought in.

Friendly staff and fast service.

Only real complaint was the time it took. this is not 100 % Big O Tires Fault as they were supplied with a defective rotor so we had to wait for a 2nd one to be delivered.

Great to have good options for service in the area. I'm definitely coming baxk.

Wait time was quoted as 60-90 minutes. I was there over 2 hours. Final price seemed more than quoted, but I have no proof of that. Was told I needed inner and outer tie rod ends and was quoted a very high price (over $1000). I opted for replacing them myself only to find out the inner tie rod ends were fine (no need for replacement).
