I researched tires for my truck 285/65/20 I had bfgoodrich k02 t/a. I found them online for 347.00 apiece no tax no install. Started calling tire shops and was told $1900 before install and taxe and it would be Tuesday before I can have them installed. I called BIG O and was told $1598.00 out the door installed and taxed and they can have the tires the following day. I showed up and the customer service was great and it was $1598 out the door by far the best price and service I could ask for

Friendly employees & quick service! Only thing I was unhappy with was that my steering wheel was dirty when my car was returned to me. Employees should remove work gloves and wash hands before getting into the car. (Especially with the covid-19 going around).

You need to tell us on the questions of the survey what 1-5 is. Not knowing what they are as in good or bad. The manager and the technician kept me informed on what was wrong with my truck and what I wanted done and how long. They were very thorough of the vehicle, they didn't push me into anything just what I wanted to be done. I would recommend big O tires to everyone!!!
