Big O Tires

Very good tire shop. I'm new to the area and was in need of tires for my dually. Dealt with John on the phone we worked out a price for Cooper HT3's. Went to the shop two days later got tire. Thought all was well but I do believe the fellas in the shop never finished airing up one of the tires. I had to put air in the passenger outer rear tire. It was only like 40psi by the time I got home. Filled it myself to 70psi and was off on vacation next day. So please double check air pressure before leaving. It was the very end of the day and was definitely an oversight. I will continue to go back as long as I live in the area.

Service was on time no big sales push just an FYI and thank you.

My light for my tire was not reset.

After 1,800.00 of work done on.my car I was pleased to get my car back and it was running great .EXCEPT the car was running at 220� and it smelled like it was overheating .so I called and requested to speak to the mechanic to ask if it was normal to do that .I was told he was busy and that he would be told I called and requested he call me to answer these 2 questions .I'm still waiting after 2 days .now my car is running at 230� when sitting still and it smells like its hot .so I guess your gonna see my face Tommorow sometime so that I can MAYBE talk to the mechanic and get an answer that could have been taken care of with a simple call back . plus I just noticed my cooling fan isn't running. The workers at the store were all very friendly. I had my 3 kids with me waiting to get an oil change and it made there day that they gave my girls each a stuffed animal bear to take home. When I was loading my kids and stroller into the car at the end, one of the workers came out and asked if he could help me load up my car. Even though i only paid about $3 for my oil change because I had a coupon they still treated me like a great customer.

I have used this store for years. I am usually very happy with my service there and I am again.

I had 4 new tires put on my car, an oil change and they realigned one side of the car. They even gave me a coupon for the oil change.

You guys are great but I would suggest the following improvements:: 1. Make your waiting area bigger and with better seating options 2. Change the doors and sidewalk to be ADA compliant 3. Add and improve the handicapped parking :

Liked not having high pressure sales - printed out a copy of my reco service and left it at that... EXCELLENT way to present potential issues.

Had a tire that was leaking air. Had the tire repaired. The job was done correctly, the only thing was that I had to call them to see if vehicle was done.

Used the on-line estimate and appointment reservation system. When I got to the store they had the reservation but did not have the estimate. They informed me they did not have the tires necessary for the estimate. The service person was very apologetic and they quickly sent an individual to get similar tires at the "warehouse". The effort put into "making things right" was greatly appreciated . The service was quick once the tires arrived. The store certainly sought to correct a mistake they did not directly make - as a customer I appreciated the effort.

Everything went well, only had to clean three minor grease/oil smudge spots off the inside driver side door panel. Have photo of the smudges, I wish I could post.

The only reason I gave 4s is because I didn't believe anyone checked my tire pressure, topped off fluids or checked air filter , I thought this was a standard procedure with a oil change, am I mistaken?

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the best tire value for my situation. He took time to explain my options and listen to my needs.
