Your pricing on the tires is very deceptive, the tire was advertised for certain amount, so 4 tires would be 306.00. That's 4 tiger paws. By the time all the junk fees were added in, it came to 447.00. That's a fee for mounting, balancing, putting air in the tires, plus state tax, PLUS a state tire fee, plus a tire disposal fee, PLUS a 27.00 SHOP SUPPLIES. You guys need to go shopping and see how it's done. There are 4 tire stores in 1 mile. You're not going to deceive people into thinking you have something better. This car needs 4 tires, they have been on the car for 10 years. Price is not the most important thing to people, they have to come back for service. Your comp up the street offer free alignment, big deal but the customer will pay for it anyway, but at least it gives some security. You guys have some work to do.

I had a couple of tires balanced and one disposed of, everyone was nice and the price for the service I got was very fair.

I returned the next day to remedy a noise from the engine bay and a small oil leak. Nothing major, and it was corrected in quick fashion. As a result of the inconvenience of returning, I was given a complimentary oil change. That was not necessary, but was a nice gesture on behalf of the Manager. Obviously, I will return for service in the future.

Just bought new tires and an oil change for my 2015 Tundra. Did a great job. Had my wife's Lexus oil changed. Dispite telling them before hand to be sure the shroud under the engine was fastened securely after the oil change, we got home and the next morning I ended up laying in the driveway and using zip ties to fasten up the shroud. Then my wife had to go back in to have it fastened properly. Kindof inconvenient and shouldn't have happened. Other than that we like the people there.

The manager Lee at the Fairfield Twp,(Hamilton) Ohio store should be commended for his help with fixing our car. We took our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change last week. When we left, the oil pressure light kept coming on when we stopped/slowed down. I took the car back (immediately) after the oil change and was told to bring it back for further testing the next day. When I returned the second time, I spoke with Lee who had previously done work for us on the car. Lee assured me that they would find and fix the problem (and he was right). Lee called shortly after we left and told me he had fixed the problem (for no further charge). For fixing our latest car problem and taking care us, as he did........ I told Lee I would bring my car in for an oil change soon. He kept our business.

The person who took my keys and got me set up with the oil change was nice enough; however, my car was FILTHY when I got inside. There were grease marks all over (car handle, keys, shifter, door) and rubber and dirt particles on the driver's seat (leaving it stained). Needless to say, I won't be coming back for my next oil change.

Had a tire that was leaking air. Had the tire repaired. The job was done correctly, the only thing was that I had to call them to see if vehicle was done.

The service rep was not open and friendly like the last visit a week or so ago for my other vehicle. He quoted us one price but charge us another and we had to remind him of the original quote. In this day and age when trust is a big factor that experience was a negative to a business relationship. You guys need to better train your employees.

Everything went well, only had to clean three minor grease/oil smudge spots off the inside driver side door panel. Have photo of the smudges, I wish I could post.
