Honestly I'm not real happy with what transpired with my recent interaction with you guys. First off let me tell you what went on I have a 22 in rim that I brought the you guys cuz you guys are more than happy to take care of me which I really unhappy about which I brought my other 22 there before and didn't have an issue so this is why I came back to you guys, this time I went there they seemed like they were overwhelmed because they didn't have enough people working and but I took him my rim they were to do a tire inspection and see if I had any leaks what they did was they called me and told me that they couldn't get it to seal back up so I asked them if they could Dismount my my tire for my wheel so I could go ahead and get the wheel repaired because it has a bend in it and there's some corrosion which they gladly did for me and they did all that for free which I'm very happy and I'm very excited but this is where my issue comes in with you guys and why I am kind of in limbo and have no idea what to do now, when I picked up my rim an tire from you guys i put my tire in the car and noticed a hole in the sidewall!!! Now this tire honestly only has 5k or less on it, and when it was removed from my car it had a slow leak which is why i brought it to you guys in the first place, now your tech who looked kinda new tried to tell me that this hole was there! Which i dont believe him nor did i argue about it with him.....the hole looks like a half size quarter like the tire was damaged when they removed it with thier pry bar to get the tire over the lip of the rim for removal, i honestly am confused and im not confrontational so u dont know what to do, honestly i feel like you guys did it, but i feel like if i talk to the mgr hes just going to say no they didnt........i need direction

I had 4 new tires put on my car, an oil change and they realigned one side of the car. They even gave me a coupon for the oil change.

Got an oil change, steering wheel and center console had finger print smudges all over it, had to clean the steering wheel and center console.... service tech needs to take better care in keeping the outside elements of their job from getting onto areas not associated with the repair or service.

You seem to always be significantly understaffed to handle the workload. Long wait times for basic services like oil changes is now the norm. This wasn't always the case, but more frequent now.

Couldn't fix the tire and didn't have the tire in stock. Im used to if this happens they can get it from another store by end of day at competitor brands i used prior to owning this vehicle. (i was there within 30 minutes of store opening). No, they told me i could go to Lexington to pick up the tire myself, or Dayton over the weekend, on the flat i drove in on. My third option; they could get the tire in on Monday "1 to 4pm" whrn i pressed for time. So no car all weekend, had to inconvenience my family to borrow their car so i could work, cancelling fishing plans for lack of a second vehicle. Hope you send out a second survey after you actually fix the tire so i can update the info on this mediocre survey because i was significantly less than impressed.

Car was dropped off shortly after opening for oil change, tire rotation and balance. Received a text message shortly before closing that care was ready. Wheel balance was not completed.

I was in for an oil change. The service order had tire rotation listed. I don't think it was done, the tire pressures weren't checked and the oil life monitor wasn't reset until I mentioned it. Some would wonder if the oil and filter were changed and if the proper oil was used .

The manager Lee at the Fairfield Twp,(Hamilton) Ohio store should be commended for his help with fixing our car. We took our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change last week. When we left, the oil pressure light kept coming on when we stopped/slowed down. I took the car back (immediately) after the oil change and was told to bring it back for further testing the next day. When I returned the second time, I spoke with Lee who had previously done work for us on the car. Lee assured me that they would find and fix the problem (and he was right). Lee called shortly after we left and told me he had fixed the problem (for no further charge). For fixing our latest car problem and taking care us, as he did........ I told Lee I would bring my car in for an oil change soon. He kept our business.

Had to return within 3 weeks, all 4 tires required rebalancing. Paid $1200 for a set of Michelin tires that I like, the installation experience was terrible.

The person who took my keys and got me set up with the oil change was nice enough; however, my car was FILTHY when I got inside. There were grease marks all over (car handle, keys, shifter, door) and rubber and dirt particles on the driver's seat (leaving it stained). Needless to say, I won't be coming back for my next oil change.

They had great difficulty diagnosing the issue(s). Within ten miles of releasing my car to me the check engine light was on. Normally, they're spot on. I gave them an E for effort but I'm not a satisfied customer.

Pretty frustrated, tpms sensor supposedly needed totally replaced at 50 bucks however the new unit was a rubber stem instead of factory aluminum one. I now also learned that the valve could have been easily fixed for a much lower price and a more comparable looking stem. Will not be using this store in future. I own 9 vehicles, needless to say you are losing a chunk of business

The service rep was not open and friendly like the last visit a week or so ago for my other vehicle. He quoted us one price but charge us another and we had to remind him of the original quote. In this day and age when trust is a big factor that experience was a negative to a business relationship. You guys need to better train your employees.

I felt there was a lack of communication which impacted the quality of service. I requested an alignment with my new tires and wasn't made aware until I asked during checkout that they were unable to get the tie rods off so they didn't do the alignment. I also had my oil changed and ask upon check-in if they put windshield fluid in, I was assured they would, started to drive home, hit the cleaning fluid and it was bone dry. I actually returned and requested they add it. Customer service poor, no acknowledgement when coming in the door, even upon return, sat there while someone sat in the office, no one came to say almost done, or even hello. First time customer and pretty disappointed overall. I hope they were just having a bad night.

This is the third time I have taken my truck in for the same allignment. First time they sent me away with the alignment seriously out. My steering wheel was turned. Truck pulled harshly to the right. I wasn't able to make it back in for weeks and it ruined my tires. Brought it back, they said it was aligned. Steering wheel was almost straight. Still pulled to the right but not so bad. Put new tires on it At Firestone. They did a free alignment check and it was way out on right front. Took it back to Big O AGAIN. I think they may have gotten it right but I'll need to have Firestone check.the work because I don't trust Big O tires.

Our car's rear driver's side door was scratched twice while the car was in the shop. I communicated this to Donald as soon as I noticed it and sent him pictures of the damage. My wife also took the car to the shop so they could look at it. They are going to review their videos. I would have rated everything higher, but the shop will need to fix the damage done to our car.
