Again did not reset oil change counter although requested. No evidence presented of alignment check.

I was greeted by the desk clerk and he was super nice. He did a great job explaining the service, where the coffee was no issue with him. The mechanic that worked on on oil change and tire rotation with a 22 point Inspection tried to sell me an air filter that was not very dirty at all. I changed it myself and I don't put that many miles on my second vehicle. The check engine light was still on when I got in my vehicle, I had to ask the mechanic to reset it. My tires were low reading near 20 psi when the manufacture calls for 29 on the front and 32 on the back. Overall I was happy to pay $23 for this service but, the company needs checks and balances on the mechanics to make sure they are giving top notch service so the customer would be a raving fan and tell everyone they know. That's how you stay in business. There's tons of choices out there, you need to do what you say your going to do, makes sure the mechanics are doing what they are supposed to and maybe go a little above and beyond to create a customer that refers lots of business back to you.

Steering wheel wasn't centered after alignment

When I called and got a quote I was told a price of 514.00 for two tires. I took my truck there, was never told another price, when I went to pay all of a sudden the price went to 565.00! I payed and will not go back and if that's the way you do business it's not for Me!! It's time to let others know!

My oil cap went missing during oil change and I was blamed for coming in w out which was not true. Even if it were true, Big O did my last oil change and were the only one under my hood and were clearly responsible for losing. They ordered a new cap and paid for it but at no point took responsibility for losing it, mgr continued to tell me that I came in w out it! Was very infuriating, sent me home w no oil cap, nothing to even cover it to keep from splashing.. no apologies.. John was the only decent person there who was somewhat sympathetic but I did not get to speak with when I called . Lee was the one I spoke w on the phone. I do not appreciate being called a liar and the fact that no responsibility was taken made it worse. It truly was no big deal to me that it was lost, it was turned into a big deal when the finger was pointed to me and Big O took no responsibility when clearly they were at fault! Lee was arrogant and did nothing but escalate the situation. He immediately got defensive and said I could come in and watch the surveillance video.. again I don't care if it was lost, accidents happen.. he turned into a big deal by pointing the finger at me and taking no responsibility! John truly seemed confused as to what happened but immediately to action to order oil cap and did not charge me for it and he apologized for he inconvenience BUT said "did you know your oil cap was missing?" I told him if it was missing the. You guys lost it because you were the only ones under my hood. He didn't respond, I don't believe he was sure as to what happened. Lee was completely inappropriate in dealing with me, what's worse is after all of that I was still charged for an oil change!! That's just bad customer service!

This is by far the worst experience I had in my entire 60 years. I went in to purchase tires for my 1990 Ford van and they said they don't carry that size in stock and they have to special order them, and that it would take 5-10 working days. 2 weeks later I went into the store since they were not calling me to inquire about the status of my order and was told that they didn't get them in, and that they would email the manufacturer to find out. They said they'd call me back next day to communicate the answer from the manufacturer. There was absolutely no call whatsoever! A week later they call me telling me they noticed in their computer my order and were wondering if I still wanted to order those tires. Are you serious ?! This is absolutely unacceptable!!! Here's my name and number in case Corporate office wants to discuss further with me:William Georgio (937)405-9544 . I do not wish to be contacted by the local store as I want nothing to do with their unprofessional-ism . . . EVER!!!

I was told it would be an hour and a half and it took three, now my sensor for low tires is on, guy acted like he was doing me a favor by selling me tires, probably won't be back

Your shop striped two lug studs. Cost for my repair was $331.00 at another shop. Will never use or recommend this shop.

I had a fuel pump issue and when they replaced the fuel pump, a fuel line that wasn't clamped all the way blew off and started leaking like a waterfall that evening, straight gasoline. I took it back and they repaired it for free being that it was their fault. And now it's back because there isn't enough fuel pressure to start the engine. Overall they are doing everything they can to make it right and that goes a long way in my book!

First off I made an appointment at 10am. My car didn't get taken back until about 10:30. Then it look almost another hour and a half to get 4 tires. When it was time to pay they miscounted my money and counted $100 to much so I called and had to come back and pay $100. Then he gave me a coupon and wrote an expired date on the coupon!

I have always been impressed with management and the attentiveness to my needs. The service has had some hickups in the past but have always been receptive and gracious at taking care of concerns or problems. This time my oil change went well but had many areas around the outside of the vehicle with oily hand prints. I understand they can't always catch that since they are working on the vehicle. But the full hand print on my c-pillar inside the truck on my drivers side was really avoidable. Never have I gotten into my truck and had to grab that area. I notified the store as an FYI. I am a business owner and when we build patios I am always training my guys to not place their hands on the back of a homes siding because of dirty gloves they are wearing. Hope this comments helps with your training. Thank you. Rob

Called to see how busy they were to get oil change. Told us to bring it on down. When we get there 20 minutes later, they tell us it would at most be a couple hours to get oil change...seems like a long time. Said they would call when finished. Drove by several times running errands and noticed car was moved..no call. Over 5 hours later stopped in to see what was going on and they had the nerve to say it's only been done 20min. So after confronting them with their out right lie, they said well sorry but it's been really busy. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PUCK UP A PHONE AND SAY IT'S READY??? WE WON'T BE BACK!!

Good: offered "promotional offer" as good as my coupon Bad: didn't rotate my tires as included/expected
By Joshua | 9/6/2019
I went in for an alignment and tire rotation. I was told my alignment was fine and I didn't need one. So I asked to just have my tires rotated. My tires were not rotated and i was charged for an alignment. So if I didn't need an alignment and my tires weren't rotated, What did they actually do beside waste my time?

My wife and I had 4 new tires put on our Toyota minivan this past Saturday at the Fairfield Twp. location. John, who sold us the job, was excellent in all aspects and treated us wonderfully and gave us a price we couldn't pass up. They put the tires on and my wife went and picked it up and by the time she got home, which is no more than 4 miles, a hubcap came off and she didn't notice it. On her way to work that night, which isn't no more than another 3 miles and the van hadn't been anywhere else since she got home from BigO's, another hubcap fell off and she didn't notice until later. They were both off on the passenger side of the van. When we were talking to John we had told him about our experiences with Tire Discounters and that they always broke something or did something when we would drop the van off for tire service and that's the reason we we're shopping around. My wife got ahold of a guy named Gary the next day, John was off, and after my wife explained what had happened he kind of acted snotty about it and treated her like she was trying to get something free or something. The hubcaps had been on there for a good while and we never had any problems with them until now. Gary said he would have to run it by a manager and get back with us, we'll he never did and my wife had to call back and finally got to speak to someone else and then Lee, the manager called her back and she explained everything over again since it was never relayed to him at all from Gary. He said he would look into it and get back with her. Lee has since called her and said he would order her 2 new hubcaps and that's where were at now, waiting on those and hopefully they match the existing ones. I don't like how my wife was pretty much just pushed aside and treated like we are some low life bums wanting a hand out for free. We paid you for your service and expect to be treated as such, like I said, they never tried to reach out to us to right the wrong and if not for us pursuing it I believe it would have just been shoved under the rug. That's all I got for now.

I felt as though my wife was taken advantage of. She paid $60 for an oil change. In looking through prior receipts, we've paid around $30. She was over sold synthetic oil that we've not purchased in the past. On one other visit, it was recommended that we have the brakes replaced. Upon taken the vehicle to our mechanic who preforms major repairs, he indicated the brakes had over 50% life remaining. Based on my last two interactions with this location, it's obvious revenue, versus customer need, is the primary driver. You haven't developed customer confidence and as a result we will choose to take our business elsewhere in the future.

Honestly I'm not real happy with what transpired with my recent interaction with you guys. First off let me tell you what went on I have a 22 in rim that I brought the you guys cuz you guys are more than happy to take care of me which I really unhappy about which I brought my other 22 there before and didn't have an issue so this is why I came back to you guys, this time I went there they seemed like they were overwhelmed because they didn't have enough people working and but I took him my rim they were to do a tire inspection and see if I had any leaks what they did was they called me and told me that they couldn't get it to seal back up so I asked them if they could Dismount my my tire for my wheel so I could go ahead and get the wheel repaired because it has a bend in it and there's some corrosion which they gladly did for me and they did all that for free which I'm very happy and I'm very excited but this is where my issue comes in with you guys and why I am kind of in limbo and have no idea what to do now, when I picked up my rim an tire from you guys i put my tire in the car and noticed a hole in the sidewall!!! Now this tire honestly only has 5k or less on it, and when it was removed from my car it had a slow leak which is why i brought it to you guys in the first place, now your tech who looked kinda new tried to tell me that this hole was there! Which i dont believe him nor did i argue about it with him.....the hole looks like a half size quarter like the tire was damaged when they removed it with thier pry bar to get the tire over the lip of the rim for removal, i honestly am confused and im not confrontational so u dont know what to do, honestly i feel like you guys did it, but i feel like if i talk to the mgr hes just going to say no they didnt........i need direction

Awful
By Craig | 9/6/2019
Got an oil change, steering wheel and center console had finger print smudges all over it, had to clean the steering wheel and center console.... service tech needs to take better care in keeping the outside elements of their job from getting onto areas not associated with the repair or service.
