Big O Tires

The front desk greeted me with a hello and a smile, quickly gathered my info, offered me coffee which is pretty good coffee, and had me out in about 35 minutes. Bathroom is clean, techs are friendly, and price is right.

Nice to go someplace where people recognize you and greet you like a friend. I am confident in the service and the technicians they have working on my vehicles.

They got to work on my car right after taking down the needed information and appt. time and kept me informed of the progress.

You need to tell us on the questions of the survey what 1-5 is. Not knowing what they are as in good or bad. The manager and the technician kept me informed on what was wrong with my truck and what I wanted done and how long. They were very thorough of the vehicle, they didn't push me into anything just what I wanted to be done. I would recommend big O tires to everyone!!!

I was very satisfied with my experience. The team at Big O was able to reseal my flat tire and took the extra time to ensure it held. I had previously taken the tire to Tire Discounters and was told the tire was no good and would not fit on the 18 inch rim. I will be switching my business to Big O going forward.

Fast easy. Was there for an oil change and tire rotation. Got taken care of fast.

I went to tire discounters first for a leaking tire... they couldn't be bothered with me..unless I dropped the car off and MAYBE they would get to it today. Went to Big O and they squeezed me in...half hour tops.. done with tire discounters.. will stay with Big O
