Just want to say a huge thank you to John for helping me find the tires best suited for my car based on me traveling for work. He took the time to explain different tire options and the best price range for me. They didnt have the tires I needed in stock, however John ordered them when i was standing there and set me up with an appointment for the next day! Sam was amazing as well. He contacted me the morning of my appointment to let me know my tires were in and confirmed my appointment. When I arrived john checked me in and told me he would call me when it was done. They called me within the hour. Super quick and efficient. Sam then helped me check out and helped me through the payment process for the 90 day sane as cash option. Single mom here so such a blessing! He explained that process to me further as well as the warranty on my car. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and efficient! Not to mention great personalities, hard to find in customer service anymore. They got a forever customer out of me.10/10 I would recommend.

I came in for a noise in the rear of my car and was informed of some needed repairs. Thanks to them my wife and grandchildren will be safer now. I didn't realize my tires were that warn out, Thank you very much. Oh, and that noise I came in for, GONE. It was "driving" me crazy.

I was very happy with my experience. They got me in quickly and got me out in less than 2 hours.

The front desk greeted me with a hello and a smile, quickly gathered my info, offered me coffee which is pretty good coffee, and had me out in about 35 minutes. Bathroom is clean, techs are friendly, and price is right.

I was very satisfied with my experience. The team at Big O was able to reseal my flat tire and took the extra time to ensure it held. I had previously taken the tire to Tire Discounters and was told the tire was no good and would not fit on the 18 inch rim. I will be switching my business to Big O going forward.
